Refund and Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.
    • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Please note that this refund and cancellation policy applies to reservations made directly through Oakland House and Hostel. Reservations made through third-party booking platforms may be subject to their respective policies.
