Terms and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings made through our website, phone, or email are subject to availability and confirmation by Oakland House and Hostel. A booking confirmation will be sent to the provided email address upon successful reservation.
- Payment Policy: Payment for accommodation and services must be settled in full upon check-in unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the behavior of all persons staying in the accommodation during the reservation period. Any damage to the property or its contents caused by the guest or their invitees will be charged accordingly.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals.
- Smoking Policy: Oakland House and Hostel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
- Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting the privacy of our guests. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
